End User License Agreement

Effective date: July 2, 2026. This EULA is a starting template and should be reviewed by counsel before final submission.

License

Medical Innovations grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our application solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with this agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, interfere with service operation, or use the application in violation of applicable law.

Medical Disclaimer

Our applications are intended to support research, wellness, monitoring, or clinical workflows as specifically described. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In an emergency, call emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities occurring under your account.

Data and Privacy

Use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information may be collected, used, and protected.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this agreement or if continued access could create security, legal, or operational risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical Innovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.
